Asma Chaudhry
Founder
As the Founder and CEO of Heart Acuity Leadership, Asma is dedicated to nurturing leadership capacity and resilience within organizations. She has pioneered the innovative Heart Acuity™ framework, a unique blend of Islamic spirituality and coaching principles designed to foster purpose-driven leadership.
Certified by Co-Active Coach Training and the International Coaching Federation, Asma brings a wealth of expertise to her work. She is the founder of the Global Association of Muslim Coaches, a platform that empowers coaches worldwide through curated courses, strategic alliances, and community support.
With over 30 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Asma has developed deep expertise in leadership development and volunteer engagement, helping leaders achieve sustainable growth and transformational impact.
Zaid Khanani
Zaid Khanani is a local scholar residing in Orlando, Florida. He is a graduate of both the BA and MA programs at Zaytuna College and holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute. Zaid is also continuing his formal Islamic Studies with scholars both locally in the US and overseas in the Levant region. He has worked previously as a masjid youth director, school therapist, and a teacher of Islamic Studies and currently teaches numerous Islamic sciences online through his organization, ZK Classes.
Maryam Awwal
Maryam Awwal holds a master’s in Islamic law and legal theory from Zaytuna College and a master’s in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute. She also has a BA in Liberal Arts & Islamic Studies from Zaytuna College, and a BA in Economics from UC Davis. Maryam is currently furthering her education in various sacred Islamic sciences and is passionate about supporting the development of sound Muslim communities in the West.
